I created a new site on 3/8 on the x10.mx subdomain and was able to upload files (created with DW-5 and uploaded using FileZilla) and was able to access the site's home page (Website Address: http://netweb.x10.mx), make changes using CPanel and add a simple PHP script to send mail associated to a form on the site. I had successfully created an email address that was associated with the site and was successful in testing the form.

Everything worked fine until Tuesday, 3/12 when all of a sudden I was not able to access CPanel after logging into the portal page. When I click on the CPortal button I get the following message: Google Chrome could not load the webpage because level.x10hosting.com
took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.

I've tried clearing/flushing my IP address but this did nothing.

I tried accessing the pages directly (index.html, about.html, seportfolio.html, contact.html) and was getting a time out message from Chrome
(Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to netweb.x10.mx).

I tried using other browsers (IE, Safari) and get the same results. I've tried accessing the site from another location using a different internet provider (mine is Comcast the other was Verizon). I tried pinging the site with no luck. I saw a few other people with the same issue in the support thread.

I tried opening up another site with another email address and was able to register the site but not able to access Cpanel from the portal.

Is there a firewall on your end that is blocking access to the site? I noticed that other new users are experiencing the same issue. Can you help?

my IP is 50.104.239.84

Please unblock it and see if you can do something to stop this from happening again, since you seem to be the only one with any power here.

Ive most likely lost my forum as well.

This is weird. Just got back from a client meeting and was able to get into cPanel and was able to pull up my website in both IE and Chrome! On mobile too! Don't know how this got fixed but happier than a witch in a broom factory.
