I cannot access http://x10hosting.com/control from 17 Apr 2011. Could you help me to check what happened?

What do you mean you can't access it? Is the login page not showing up at all? Is it not accepting your username and password? Could you elaborate?

Sorry for not describing in details. The log-in page showed up but not accepted my password.

Yes. When your account is suspended, you cannot access your cPanel.

I get registration for premium account done by my team member (NGUYEN XUAN SON) but an error occurred when he submitted validation PIN code.
He already sent error screen to support@x10hosting.com but no reply.

I don't want to give up, because I chosen your service for my site from the beginning. But please help me to overcome this problem.

Now, I can log-in to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, but https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
It's said that caused by my free hosting account is suspended now.
In the mean time, I can not finish registration or contact for premium hosting.
I'm stuck!

For premium hosting, tell them to log into https://clients.x10hosting.com to open a ticket as you may get a faster response that way. If he received the PIN code, tell him to include that in the ticket.

Hello,

Just to clarify, are you intending to upgrade to premium? If so, you should be able to have your account back as soon as it can be transferred over.

Yes, I'd like to upgrade to premium.
I will try to register again. And if the error comes out I will post the captured screen.
