Did you tried to access the cpanel at http://nomorebackpain.pcriot.com:2082/
And what are the settings you are using for the FTP. and any errors?

yes i tried to access to my account using http://nomorebackpain.pcriot.com:2082
result is Login Attempt Failed!
same problem is with my FTP too.

Try http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 for cpanel
for FTP cossacks.x10hosting as host and cpanel username and password to login.

I don't have much access from where I am right now, but have you tried changing the password through account panel?
That is a trick that most of the time sorts these kind of things. Your account is active and not suspended in any way.
