Can not access website via ip address

My web site is ducvu.x10.mx, it works fine but I can access via its ip 198.91.81.2 ,it display an error page at http://198.91.81.2/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
What is problem here or any server misconfiguration? I sign up a month ago and haven't change any Cpanel config yet
I'm new in web hosting and want to link my domain to this my site via dns. Thanks

That is expected, that IP address is shared between every website on the server (and there are tens of thousands of them). You need to access your website by your domain name in order for it to work.
