I get to the hosting page by password but it asked for it again at ‘Cpanel’ I can not get past it.
Can not log in Cpanel.

Now you will have even more of a problem, there's no valid site, thus it would be considered file hosting.
Also, disclosing private information such as passwords and rents paid in plaintext is more then likely violating US Law regarding information security.
