Can not login into cpanel.

I tried to login into cpanel this morning and have not been able to. Also, after uploading my website yesterday I got a 403 error while trying to access it.

Please be more specific. What error message are you getting? What URL are you trying to log in to?

Your site looks fairly empty, but I'm guessing that is because you removed the files causing issues.
Check that file permissions are set correctly, and not set to Permission 777.
Files should be set to 0644 and folders/directories should be set to 0775.
You can set permissions from within your cPanel & FTP.
