Can not unsuspend - error while submiting- unsuspend thank you

Hi, I´ve tried to submit unsuspend ticket through control panel yet many days have passed with no result and recieive errors such as [A system error occurred while processing this action. Error Code: ABCC2CA3 ] so I come here to this forum for your help.

ooops! quick update I just need service working again, files and databases are not necessary, since I use mainly as test server, so please don´t be concerned with searching backups a fresh start would be ok and a lot easier for you guys....
