can post or create a new thread

hi. i appreaciate your quick response about my forum account. but lately i was trying out to make a new thread at "Introductions" just to introduce myself in the forum this is always the response:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

ok sorry for this, but i think i have done that before though this account was already months ago. i won't be able to login my username and password if i have not yet activated my account through my email right?

can you tell me what should i do? i am totally lost. sorry i know this is my fault for not checking my account for long time. but i really want to use this account. please help me.
