Can someone please ask admins to take a look at ticket id PQJ-782596
A database in my phpmyadmin has been changed for the 4th time not even my database and not visible in cpanel.
It's a serious issue and needs someone to look at it, it's been 48 hours now no contact.
Someone is able to make changes add and delete tables in my database area.
Very worrying that no action has been taken on this.

Please wait for an administrator to get back to you - there is nothing we can do in the meantime.
We know you have been waiting longer than your expectations, but please be patient.

I believe Livewire stated in your previous topic that the database didn't actually exist on your account:

Livewire said:
I peeked at command-line mysql on the server, I only see a single database which is the CPANELUSERNAMEHERE_osc1 database; phpmyadmin's had some interesting glitches in the past, I'm wondering if it's a glitch along those lines. Does cPanel show the database as well, or just phpmyadmin?

I'll still ping admins, but it's an odd one for sure cause there's not supposed to -be- a _1 for you, I'm blaming it on PHPMyAdmin being a bit stoned :p

I can give u a copy of 3 out of 4 of the databases all named _1
The name never changes just the tables

I can't see phpmyadmin from where I am, but there's only one db that has your cpanelname actually prefixed; I'm not sure what the other ones are, but I did forward this to an admin. He's AFK so I'm not sure if he'll see it soon but it's an odd one.

What if I create a username for a new database and pm you give it to you and you can see for yourself the _1

Won't work, cause phpmyadmin is restricted to your cpanel username/pass; I believe you that it's there, I'm just saying there's only the one db in the actual sql server. I'm not surew hat the others are from.
