Can these CNAME entries for google apps be added

Sign in to your domain hosting service.

Navigate to your DNS Management page. The location and name of this page will vary by host, but can generally be found in Domain Management or Advanced Settings.

Find the CNAME settings and enter the following as the CNAME value or alias:

mail

calendar

docs

sites

Set the CNAME destination to the following address:

ghs.google.com

I believe staff can do this for you, but it has to be done manually. Do you really want to use all of your subdomains like this? If you're sure, someone can escalate this ticket so that the staff may handle it for you.

I've already escalated a copy of the post... not sure wtf happened to it though...

He probably made a second cause he couldn't see the topic.

Once the post is escalated it gets closed and is no longer visible in the post list. (From my experience anyway).
