I want to close this hosting account, not that I am leaving your hosting, but I want to create another one with this e-mail cuz there are some troubles when I change the domain it says the IP has changed and those things. If you can do anything, please do it in the next 1 hour cuz I neeed it immedately

If you need it immediately, it'll likely be faster to try and solve the problem, right now it seem that the creation times for a new account varies between 48 and 72 hours.

Could you please describe what the problem is, and what domain you want to have as your main domain?
