Can you reactivate My Account

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Hosting account is suspended.. Previously I had a problem to login with the forum account, but now it is fine and problem solved by swapping a forum account. And I can log in to my forum account, but still my hosting account it is suspended.. and reactivation is pending.. how long it will take to reactivate my hosting account.
