I do not care to save anything, I would cancel accaunt to be able to rewrite the current IMAIL because I do not work well panel.
How do I remove accaunt, then rewrite with a new panel.

You can sign up for a new one if you like.

To get the new account linked with this forum account please login to the account panel prior to going through the sign-up process.

You replied you didn't care to save anything, which does imply you are ready to have it deleted.
