That would not be a valid cPanel username.

Please post the username you use for logging into cPanel (starka.x10hosting.com:2083).

Your account has been marked for termination and will be removed in about 14 days (in the meantime it will be locked in suspension mode).

Should you change your mind within that time, just open a ticket.
