It has only been 12 days since your account was suspended. There is still another 2 days until it reaches 14.
We do not expedite deletion requests for accounts with a zero tolerance suspension. This is part of the punishment for using x10hosting servers for illegal purposes. The account will be terminated automatically when it's turn is up.

To allow us to better serve our customers i am closing this thread which will allow the staff members to see which threads have or haven't been answered, this does not mean we don't wan't to help with your problem.
