I cannot access my cpanel and my website has not functioned for close to a month now. I created a request a couple of weeks back with no answer. www.avamai.me is the website. A couple of months ago an upgrade was completed and I had to have someone complete settings in the background that I could not get to. This time around I have been blocked completely from my cpanel account and can't even see what it wrong.

Looks like that domain is currently set as parked domain for your account, though I think it was intended to be set as an addon domain. You should be able to remove it from parked, and set it as addon yourself. If you run into any troubles doing so, please let us know which folder it should point to and we'll help you sort that.
If you get an login error when going to cPanel, please try reseting the password though your account panel, passwords not working has been a common problem after the migrations, reseting should solve that problem.
