Resolved Cannot access cpanel

Hi,

You previously look at this and I was able to access FTP.

I still cannot get to the cpanel.

Username: sarsc


Alternatively you could wioe the user and I will set it all back up.

I got the backup I required.



Could this be New Zealand bubble thing?

I now note the sites cannot be accesses, but oddly I am receiving the updates etc for wordpress etc. So I gather it must be there!

It was calling it community but I realised it was an illuminated account.

I have had this account a few years now.

You should now be able to get to DirectAdmin using the "cPanel button in your account panel.

As a result of the failed logins your IP was blocked in our firewall, I have now removed that block.

Illuminated has not been a plan we offer for a few years now, all users that had an active Illuminated plan when it was discontinued got to stay on the plan and the separate server.

Now with the move to DirectAdmin the Illuminated, as well as the Prime, plan is going to be removed fully and all accounts will be considered regular free hosting accounts with a login requirement. It is possible that at least some option to pay to remove the login requirement yearly will come back in the future however.

I now have access to Direct Admin, looks inpressive.

A pay feature for login would be good.

I will put some reminders in my calendar to logon.
