Resolved Cannot access DirectAdmin

Due to some reason when I try to access DirectAdmin this shows up
This site can’t be reached
x12.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

This also shows when trying to access my website raeeddoesgaming.x10host.com

I found your IP to be blocked by the firewall due to Failed DirectAdmin phpMyAdmin login. During the migrations some passwords may have failed to sync properly to DirectAdmin, especially if the password did not conform to DirectAdmins requirements.

It is advised to always login through the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login (uses sessions rather then password to log you into DirectAdmin itself so any unsynced password is not an issue).

As for phpMyAdmin, please only use the link under mySQL management in DirectAdmin which is also an automated login, due to the same reasons as above the password may be wrong.

That is also the only login that will keep your account active, you need to login at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account.

I have removed the block.
