Cannot access FTP or Cpanel

Both have been inactive for a few days now. I didn't see a current status indicating a problem. Does anyone know of a solution?

Yes. My site is fine. But when I login into Cpanel. My credientials pass and It's fine until it's starts to load the cpanel then there is a blank page.

Hi athartsx,

It appears that your account has hit its initial disk quota of 1GB. There is currently a bug with our x10Hosting Basic theme where a blank page will be displayed if the disk quota has been hit. I've manually switched your theme to cPanel x3 instead, so that you can login to your cPanel.

Please only switch back to the Basic theme once you have cleared some space. You can switch themes by using the "Switch Theme" button in the top right corner.

Don't forget we also offer free upgrades to unmetered disk space, too. Please see this thread for more information.
