Cannot access my control panel

Hi, I think I posted this message in the wrong place earlier. So I've added it in here, which I think is the correct one.

I'm wondering if you can help as I cannot access my control panel or able to connect through ftp either
and my website won’t come up in browser.

Or fotox106@X15.com which is shown on my dashboard, which is pointing to my website address.

If I can't access the control panel, do I need to set-up another account?

http://focal-art.uk/ is live. At least I can reach it non-secure.
http://focal-art.uk:2222 has invalid Certificate Warning.

fotox106 @ X15.com redirects to x15.com. Do you mean fotox106 @ X15? Looks like the username on the x15.x10host.com server login.

try to login here: https://x10hosting.com/login with your email address, and password.

I can login to Dashboard from https://x10hosting.com/login but can't access my hosting control panel once I'm in there.

You passwds got messed up some how.

login here: https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222

Try using:
username: fotox106
passwd: ********

If login fails, go back to the x10hosting.com/login, Click the service green button "fotox106 @ X15". Then the green button "Change Password". All default host account will be changed. Like the default database passwd. Heads up!

What I meant was that I can't access my hosting control panel because when I click on the green button link to go to the hosting control panel after logging in to the dashboard, the page it opens is blank (about:blank). Then times out with https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN showing in the address bar and showing the below text on the page.

The connection has timed out
An error occurred during a connection to x15.x10hosting.com:2222.

Changing my password didn't help either.

Update:

Thanks for all your help, but the problem is solved now. I searched for my site on my cell phone and it came up no problem, so I turned my router off and back on again to get a new ip address. For some reason my ip address must have been blocked.

Does indeed sound like the IP was blocked. This most commonly occur after having failed login a few times (ftp, mail client etc).
