Resolved Cannot access my Cpanel

When I try to access my cpanel on memypetsandi.x10host.com, I either get this error message:

error=1&text=Your IP is blacklisted
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=306

Or this error message:
Hmmm...can’t reach this page

(Yes I am currently using Microsoft Edge because I was testing something don't judge me lol). I was able to get to my cpanel just fine 4 hours ago when I uploaded some stuff, and I am able to get to the Cpanel on my other site which is wscc.x10host.com, so I am not sure how my IP could be blacklisted for one site and not the other, I am using the same laptop (an Acer with windows 10, just got it a few months ago). I do have a VPN but I have it turned off right now because I can't log in at all while using it.

I'll ask an admin to look into the blacklist.

Please do not use VPNs when you log in. They can actually get you flagged for additional bans.

I have removed your IP from the server blacklist.

Thank you both, I can access my Cpanel now. I had my VPN off the whole time, so I'm not sure what caused the blacklist.
