Cannot access mysql server remotely

Hello,

Since the upgrade 2 weeks ago, I cannot connect remotely to the mysql server on level.x10hosting.com anymore.

I did give the correct access under the "Remote DB Access Host" tab in cPanel.

Can anybody help?

Remote mysql is not available on free hosting, and as far as I know it should never have been an option, despite the icons for it being part of cPanel, it is blocked on firewall.
