Cannot access old account and upgrade

Okay I have 2 problems.

1. Here's the thing. I created a new account with the following details:

Username: pykrmail
Password: ***********
Domain: pykermail.x10Hosting.com
Hosting Package: Adfree
E-mail: (The same email as before)

And now when I login on the x10hosting.com site (with the username "Pyker") it shows me my "pykrmail" account . And it was supposed to show my "pyker" account.

I wanted you (if you can) to delete my "pykrmail" account and make my x10hosting "pyker" login show my "pyker" account.

2. Could you (please ) convert my "pyker" account to the actual ones. 'Cuz when I login to the Cpanel it shows me the old stuff (the account that register now have more stuff than mine).

The package is Adfree.

Well the problem is you failed to read the TOS and broke the rules by creating a second account, overwriting your first one's link to your forum account.

Please review http://x10hosting.com/termsofservice

Post back tomorrow and I'll fix it.
