Cannot Access Site

Hello,
I cannot access my site, andrewjbennett.x10hosting.com. Also, I cannot load new pages onto the site. In both instances I receive an error message noting an inability to connect to the server. Thank you for your help!

Probably a temporary error of some kind.
I am able to access your website with no problems.
Clear your browser cache and try again.
If you are still having difficulties post back and we will assist you farther.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried clearing the caches in Firefox and Safari on two different computers since you replied, and I can not access the site. I receive errors like:

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at andrewjbennett.x10hosting.com.

I generally use CyberDuck to upload files, but that cannot access the server either.

Are you able to access the site/server using a proxy like http://hidemyass.com

Thanks for your help during this holiday season! I can access the site through "hidemyass.com," but some of the pages do not load correctly. I still cannot access it without a proxy though. Do you think that is a problem on my end?

Also, I cannot access my account through cPanel to upload new pages. My browser tells me it can't connect stoli.x10hosting.com.

Hey Andy,

Can you please provide me your IP address. If you are unsure of it you can obtain your IP address from http://whatismyip.com

It is possibly a firewall block.

Well scratch that. All is well again. I don't know what happened, but I'll consider it a Thanksgiving Miracle. Thank you both for your time. That first drumstick is on me tomorrow.

It was most likely a temporary ban by the firewall for either failed login attempts or something similar. Have a good thanksgiving and if you have any more issues please let us know.
