Resolved Cannot access WP control panel

Hi,

I cannot access to my WP control panel, after loging with user/password it is asking for a two step code: miniorange or google authenticator, but after this not log in the control panel, instead ask me again the user/pass with this message:
ERROR: The email field is empty.
ERROR: The password field is empty.

I tried to deactivate miniorange deleting its folder in wp plugins folder, but it is still active after almost 24 hours.

For script specific support you would need to contact the script vendor, in this case wordpress.

Although I use wordpress myself, I never used any two factor authentication for it so I can not advice on how to remove that,

but when i try to disable all wp plugins renaming this folder nothing occurs:
how many time is needed to wait since i modify a file or folder until the change is effective?

Assuming that plugin is the cause, it would be more or less instant, however I see you use cloudflare on the custom domain, have you also updated the DNS on their site to reflect that you are now on a new server? Seeing as cloudflare is involved, have you tried clearing the cache on their site (login->click your domain->Cache).

How were you deleting the plugin? If by ftp it is possible you deleted it on the wrong server if you for instance use xo#.x10hosting.com as the host in your ftp client.

What IP does your cloudflare account have for A record on your domain? It should be: 198.91.81.15

If you have anything else, you need to update it as that is the IP your account is now on.
