Cannot add on separate domain.

I keep getting this error message when I try to addon a domain that I own and the nameservers are pointed to for 4 days now.
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
I also see a note that says a subdomain is required for a addon domain.
I need help.

I see that the hosting account linked to the forum account you are posting from has a pending cancellation.
However, yes an addon domain does need a subdomain due to how cPanel handles them, so if you used up your sub domains already you would not be able to add the domain.
