Cannot connect to cPanel (lotus)

I haven't been able to connect to my cPanel (not even the log in screen!) since the end of April. I have opened tickets about this issue but have not received any resolution. I tried to be patient and wait for x10hosting to settle the changes and upgrades that have been going on but this inconvenience has been for too long by now, I think! I cannot even use S/FTP to access my fileserver. I have tried both ports 2082 and 2083 on lotus.x10hosting.com but all I get is this error: http://grab.by/grabs/65a8ad92295a8d348b4efc73507359b6.png.

Did you tried to access the cpanel at http://secretss.com:2082 or http://secretss.net:2082

Both of them do not work. I get the same connection error.

Might be you have been blocked in firewall, commonly that happens with too many failed login attempts.

As I doubt you will want to put your IP publicly, I'll escalate this into a ticket. You can reply the ticket through your control panel.
