Cannot connect to cPanel.

Hi,

I can easily log in to https://x10hosting.com/panel/
It seems my site is also online, but I can't access the hosting control panel (cPanel) from https://x10hosting.com/panel .
https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN >> The connection timed out. An error occurred during a connection to x13.x10hosting.com:2222.

I've been using Cloudflare for security for quite some time and had no issues until a few days ago.

Domain: www.mericastudio.com
Server
X13
User Name

I can access mericastudio.com, I cannot access https://mericastudio.com:2222 so I would think cloudflare dns changed somehow. The SSL cert is different for x13.x10 then mericastudio.com. Not sure how it navigates through cloudflare. https://ctyrd.org:2222/evo/ I always have some kind of issue when using a different dns host.

I can access CP with the panel Hosting control button. I do not use cloudflare. Try direct login: https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/

I can temporarily reset my DNS, but I'm not sure if the problem is with Cloudflare or my IP address is blocked.
What's going on here is that I can access cPanel via my cellphone and hotspot but not with my internet.

Today, I received this notification after clicking on the Hosting control panel button:

Message:
Failed to create login token: Login failed. Please refresh the page and try again.. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available

Also, I replaced x10hosting NS records with Cloudflare, but nothing changed and the message remains.

I've been having that same problem, was able to access Control Panel but now can't access it at all ("Login Failed")
Haven't received any replies from X10.

Don't know if there's an emerging problem at their end they're scrambling to fix...or, something worse :-(

I read your request today here: https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/cant-access-the-control-panel-on-x13.212076/#post-997327

I removed the Cloudflare NS Records and replaced them with x10hosting today. I'm not sure whether this is why I can load
https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222 now or not, I still can't access my cPanel due to the login failure. I believe my username and password are not the same.

Try changing your domain NS to see if you can get around this problem.
Let me know if it works for you.

I changed my cPanel password, and now I can only connect to cPanel directly.

I hope they correct the error.

Thanks for your update, Merica!

I changed my DNS Resolver from Cloudflare to Quad9 and I can now see my website (plus other "non-secure" sites like Google, DuckDuckGo, AppleInsider, and Yahoo ;-) )

I'll try your password change fix and see if it works. Thanks again!

My need to propagate name servers fully before hosting control panel buttons starts working. If not I'll request a review.
