Cannot connect to database

I am also getting errors today like others have with not being able to connect to mysql database on my wordpress site. Any news?

Whats your site link and did you install it via the auto-installer or manually

Site has been working solid for almost 2 months, even added a new post this morning. It was installed from auto-installer originally but had to upgrade it manually a few weeks ago.

Well of course now it is working again. It was up/down/up/down and is now up again!

I'm able to access the site without a Couldn't connect to the database have you tried clearing you cache

Yes, even from different machines and browsers.
