Cannot connect to FTP

That's not where I told you to change the password.
I never said to go to DirectAdmin, I said to change it under the service details in the panel (https://x10hosting.com/panel)

For the ftp account you created, did you try with the full username that includes the @Domain part as I posted earlier? The part you pasted to show the error does not have the full username.

Okay. Correctly modified.

Just a detail, now it forces password to include 1 capital letter and at least one special symbol. Definition that was not contemplated before !!!

Filezilla works correctly again.
Running tests.

I find myself in the same case. I can't connect Filezilla, nor does it let me change the password because it says the old password is not correct

Hello again Anna. Sorry to bother you again. We cannot access our account from where we always have. When we enter username and password, it takes us to a blank page without access to cpanel or the possibility of modifying our options.

Any solution???
