Cannot Create Account

I've tried several times to create a free hosting account, but it wont let me. I keep getting this error:
Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for alex.exofire.net already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1).

It lets me create the account again, but then just sends the same email.
