Cannot delete website.

I cannot delete my websites that I created with SiteBuilder.
Can someone manually delete these for me (staff member)

Hello,

In your cPanel, you should be able to go into the "x10 Basic Control Panel" (switch in the top right corner) and click the "Delete" button for each sitebuilder site. If you're still experiencing problems, please provide your cPanel username.

This doesn't work, whenever I hit delete, it asks me to create the website.

I removed your email address so you don't get spam mail.

Your CPanel user name is different from the control panel login. You can see it on the left side of the page if you use the advanced CPanel instead of the X10 basic panel once you log in.

Login to cpanel (Not the basic), go to sitebuilder and under the site that you made, click remove, when you receive a pop-up message, tick the checkbox that says something like 'remove files too'. Then click finish, next or whatever it says.
