Cannot log in thru https://x10hosting/sso/login/

I'm directed to the url https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ when trying to log in and after entering my credentials, It says "Invalid login information provided."
I'm able to login through the forums, but don't know if my account is suspended.

To login to the portal you would need to either use the email address, or the cPanel username (which for the record is NOT the same as your forum username). I do see that you have an unconfirmed email address attached, did you recently change the contact email for your account?

Your account is currently not suspended and I show that you had a login to the portal today on the account associated with the forum account you are posting from.
