Cannot log in

My web site at nwiltshe.x10hosting.com is unavailable (network times out without reaching it).

When I try to log in to the Account Management screen I get the following message:

An Error Has OccurredAlthough you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I can see the index.html now, thanks.

I cannot access the cPanel - it tells me it sent a confirmation email to the address on file. I do not receive any message (I've done it a couple of times) and I do not know which address it is sending to. I realise I gave the wrong address on this thread.

It should be going webspinner@nwilts-he.org.uk.

Thanks for your help in making this work again.

I had to drop my databases and re-create them in order to make them work. I could not find any way to access them (even though I created the super user). It means that I have reverted to an older version. Is there any way of accessing what was there previously?

Also, my account does not show that I paid for Double Everything and not being timed out if I don't use the forum in two weeks. I'd be grateful if you could add this back to the account.
