Cannot Log Into phpMyAdmin

It just doesn't work. I just really want to back up my mysql db's. They're extremely important to me. Could an admin repair this issue?

But, even so; my entire information and database for my forums are completely emptied! I know I did not do this myself..
It was deleted at the same time I was unable to log into phpMyadmin in the first place. Do you have any ideas as to why it got deleted?

Hi vidya57x,

It looks like your databases were not fully restored after the server migrations a couple of months ago. I've now restored your databases. Could you please confirm that the databases are working correctly again?
