Cannot login and website doesn't work?

Hi, my account lukecheu was suspended due to inactivity. I unsuspended my account but i am still not able to login.

I have an account on your portal, where you sign in and get redirected to cpanel. But i do not get redirected to cpanel, i instead get an error stating An error has occurred forwarding your sign in

My website also now doesn't work from whatever pc i use and i cannot login to cPanel using the link below as i get an error stating wrong username and password entered when i know they are right.

So what is going on?

Hello,

Looks like your account might have ended up in the termination queue.

I saw that the suspension had been active for about 15 days, which is long enough for a termination to happen. My guess is it was placed in the queue before you hit unsuspend, but perhaps the termination was executed moments after leaving half account functional.

I have sent a note to an admin that might be able to restore it from backups, if this is indeed the case.
