Cannot login in my cPanel by this account

I can't login my cPanel and main Domain. There is no respond.
I visit the domain via China Internet.
I 'd like to know whether it is a issue caused by the China firewall.

It is possible, we have had reports of free servers being in accessible from china from other users as well.
