Cannot Login into cPanel

I can login into the Client Account Panel, but I am unable to access the cPanel. When I try, it gives me the folloing error message: "Login Attempt Failed!' Please help. Thanks.

Hello,

Can you please try changing your password by logging into http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and going to "hosting" and then "update password".

Then try log into cPanel again. If you have any issues please let us know.
