Cannot login to cPanel

Hello,
I know of all the server maintenance that has been keeping you busy so I will be brief. For the past month, I've been unable to login to my cPanel (Login Attempt Failed!). I was able to login for a day or two in between when the Lotus server was running, but then my account was transferred, it seems, to Boru. And now, I find myself having the same login problem again. I was hoping this would be fixed automatically after sometime like the last time, but it has been quite some time and I still can't login.

Previously, I had tried changing my cPanel password, but even that didn't help. I am, however, able to access webmail with the same password, so this seems to be an issue with cPanel only.

I'd appreciate if either you could take some time to fix this or if you could let me know how long I'd have to wait for the problem to sort itself out on its own.

I use and have always been using http://anand.x10hosting.com:2083/ or http://anandn.com:2083/ to login to cPanel with username anand

Hello, i am escalating your ticket as there seems to be an issue with your account i don't have access to resolve.

*Note to staff* Suspending the account causes the account to appear to be suspended, except when you try unsuspend it says it's not suspended. Suspect /etc/shadow issue possibly.
