cannot login to cpanel

hello, i cannot login to cpanel. when i click login to cpanel it directly gives me an error and when i reenter my user name+password it still gives me samre errror.
also i noticed that my sub domains doesn't work.

Login to here: http://x10hosting.com/control/
and click Change Password at the top under Account
Note that that will change your forum password and cpanel password
