Cannot login to phpmyadmin

Hi,
I cant access my phpmyadmin, when i tries to access it shows a message likes below, also when i manually connects, it is not working.
"cPanel was unable to successfully log you in to phpMyAdmin. If you are having issues logging in to phpMyAdmin, please submit a support ticket." Manually logging in on the phpMyAdmin page does not work using my cPanel credentials.

Please help.
