Cannot login to x10hosting account

Hi there!!!
I've got a new account with x10hosting. Activated and recieved the login information too.

However, i cannot login into x10hosting.com/account/
But i can login into my cpanel account with the same username and password.

Here are my details

username: sujit
domain: sujit.exofire.net
hosting package: advanced (ad supported)

Please do let me know what should i do in order to bring things back into functionality

Use your forum username and pass to log in at http://x10hosting.com/login

That should work.
