Cannot logon to control panel or open my website

Previously I was not able to open my webpage.
The issue appears to be resolved.


I accidently posted this issue to the wrong topic at first. The problem
is that I do not know how to delete threads that I accidently post,
if I knew how to do that, I would.

This problem was happening because your website hosting server was locked up due to high server resource usage. The file system check has now completed, so your website should be in working condition now.

Adam and Anna, thank you very much for the replies.


Update:: The problem appears to have been resolved.


I am not completely certain what caused the problem in the first place,
however the based on the clues provided by Adam and Anna the following is my best guess:

In order for my site to be available the Lotus server upon which
it relies must be both up and not running FSCK.

I am basing my guess on the following:

During the time that I was not able to access my website either
Lotus was down or it was up but still running FSCK. Shortly after Lotus
was both up and not running FSCK I was once again
able to access my website.




Hopefully this post will be helpful to others who encounter similar
problems in the future.
