Cannot see page

Okay. I uploaded all the files I needed to the host, went to go to the page and I still come up with the page that says the following info. Is there something that I need to delete because I do not see any specific file that it says needs to be deleted for my files to work.

If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.

No, that is a server issue, one we have not seen for a long time, and that mean plenty of headaches for admin. You would have to support a ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com for support, since we do not have access to your account. Good luck with getting your site set up.
