Cannot Sign In

I believe I have XO1 free hosting. My username is Top1v1s and I cannot login to my cpanel from https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login - it keeps saying "Incorrect login information provided." I attempted numerous times, no my caps lock isn't on or anything like that. I tried to reset the password, but the link I receive from x10 in my email to reset the password simply takes me to the login page. I have tried it many times aswell. Can somebody help me? I didn't see anything about this on x10 status.

On a side note, what happened to the support chat?
