Yes, you can post the appeal here.
I'll also ping an admin involved in coding up our backend about the issue so he can take a look at it.
Our current Terms of Service only supports English, Spanish, and French, or websites with a 1:1 manual (not automatic or ran through Google Translate) translations; this is why the account was suspended. We can lift the suspension, but you would need to either remove the untranslated content or upload a translation for said content within 48 hours, or the account would be re-suspended. Do you agree to do so?
Thanks. And thanks again for years' of free hosting. The TOS has always specified the language restriction; it's not something we can automatically identify though, which is why it went this long without being seen. And yes, you can remove the pages and upload the English translation later; generally speaking, that's usually what ends up happening as it does take time to translate. I'll also forward on the footer issue so that can be fixed.
I'm soory but it seems that my account is suspended again? No problem; I've lifted the suspension so you should be able to access it to start working on it shortly.
Merely living in Mainland China makes us inferior to other persons?A re-review by one of the admins identified the account was made by bypassing the country restrictions; the login activity is indicating the account owner lives in China, a country we have in the blacklist at this time. This is what caused the second suspension; unfortunately it's not one we can lift.
