Cannot unsuspend

When I log into portal:
click default domain - get the suspended page
click cpanel and enter the correct id, get error that id is wrong which it isn't.
How do I unsuspend?

There was a strange bug with your account where your account was unsuspended even though your domain did not reflect this.

This has now been fixed, and I can now visit the URL you posted above.
