Cannot update SSL Certificate

Thank you for the reply. At the Dashboard Search bar I type SSL and it has only one item to choose from but then I get the popup at the bottom . . . "Your are not allowed . . . " Must be because I'm still using the FREE version and I must upgrade to get SSL - to bad for me
