I've been using x10hosting for a while now and I'm really impressed.
I want to upgrade to x10premium to make my site more reliable but unfortunately it isn't really working right.
I place the order and then I get to the phone order-validation page where it tries to verify my billing address and telephone number by calling me.
I get the call and it asks me to type in the PIN displayed on my computer. I did that but the phone call says "You haven't entered anything. Goodbye".
But I have! I tried redoing the call, kept entering the correct PIN number but nothing happens!
Whats going on?
