Cannot Upgrade to x10Premium

I've been using x10hosting for a while now and I'm really impressed.
I want to upgrade to x10premium to make my site more reliable but unfortunately it isn't really working right.

I place the order and then I get to the phone order-validation page where it tries to verify my billing address and telephone number by calling me.
I get the call and it asks me to type in the PIN displayed on my computer. I did that but the phone call says "You haven't entered anything. Goodbye".
But I have! I tried redoing the call, kept entering the correct PIN number but nothing happens!
Whats going on?

Hello,
Most of the volunteers that hang around this forum do not have access to the premium side, including me.

Hi gan, how were you placing the call, was it via a regular phone?
