Cannot upload information from cPanel

I need you to please help me. I need to upload my files but I cannot access the login to cPanel. I click on the button but I get an error and it cannot be accessed.

Please. Im correctly creating the sites in DreanWeaver but not getting success.

Can you connect via FTP? DreamWeaver is probably using FTP, but not necessarily.

Try the password reset tool in the X10 account panel.
